This solid body electric instrument was handcrafted from quality materials and components in Nidderdale, North Yorkshire.

The combination of an ash/mahogany body and maple neck balanced with 2 hot HiGuitarsUK pickups helps create a great sounding instrument. While an additional coil-tap switch, which taps both pickups, helps to create a broad pallet of tones. The vintage influenced styling, satin gloss & satin finish and quality chromed hardware combine to give a classy vintage yet modern vibe.

This instrument has an all steel adjustable bridge with high mass stainless steel saddles with a bridge string spacing of 23.5mm G to G.

The scale length is 25" (635mm) which will work well with the 3rd, 4th & 5th strings from a set of D'Addario EXL115 electric guitar 11s, tuned G-D-G. The 18(plain), 28(wound) and 38(wound) gauges used are also easily individually purchasable online via eBay, etc.

Body: 2 piece sapele mahogany under spalted native ash. Satin lacquer finish with a satin-gloss top (half way between satin and gloss) and open grain satin to the back and sides.

Neck: 3-piece for long term stability. Hard American maple with an American walnut centre, finished using a multiple coats of Danish oil. Adjustable truss rod. Satin lacquered headstock.

Fretboard: Flat, made from wenge with high grade 7mm white abalone shell fretboard dots. Slightly oversize 2.5mm side dots (for better visibility). Fretted with hard American fretwire for longer fret life.

Electrics: In standard mode the pickups work as humbuckers across the 3 switch positions. Engage the coil-tap switch and both pickups enter single coil mode, with a thinner brighter sound across the 3 standard switch positions.
